Wedding Photographer. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Wedding Photographer, greatest job and privilege in the world. This was further reinforced a couple of weeks ago when I photographed a fabulous wedding overlooking Byron Bay at the property Belle Helena.
Mike and Johanna’s wedding was extra special as everyone travelled to the wedding from quite some distance. Sydney, Sweden, Canada, Hong Kong and the UK. The weather didn’t play ball with their plan of an outdoor wedding under a magnificent fig tree, but the rain settled down after the ceremony for some magnificent wedding photos.
The wedding was styled and co-ordinated by Jane Magnus from Byron Bay Weddings and Events, who expertly handled the dramas the weather threw at us.

David, just gorgeous shots of Mike and Johanna. Even with the pouring rain I knew the photos would be stunning, gorgeous lush green. It looks amazing and really takes in the essence of Byron Bay and it’s beautiful surroundings also. Johanna looks so devine what a day it was.
