Bec and Matt had their wedding last weekend. The original plan was for a wedding ceremony on the headland at Boulders Beach, between Lennox Head and Ballina but the weather had other ideas. Insane amounts of rain was falling ruining the outdoor wedding plans of a number of brides. The wedding industry grapevine has been hot with stories of bridal disasters including a bride driving around town being followed by her guests and celebrant as they looked for a place to hold the ceremony.
Bec and Matt’s celebrant, Dot Orchard, came to their rescue with the unconventional location of the Chapel at the Parkview Funeral Home. The chapel turned out to be really pleasant and actually quite a good location for the ceremony. We then took some photos at the Ramada before heading to the reception at the Bellowing Bull.
Another great wedding to be the photographer at. Trevor Pether also deserves a mention for his 1957 Chevvies, bringing them out in the rain and not stressing when the upholstery got a bit damp.
